SMS Management is the record of everything sent from your account. Single messages and bulk campaigns appear in the same table, and a campaign expands to show each recipient individually.

Check whether a message was delivered

1

Locate the message

Use the search field, which searches as you type. Narrow further with the status, message type and channel filters.
2

Read the status

Sent confirms the mobile network accepted the message. See Statuses for the full set.
Most messages settle at Sent and do not progress to Delivered. This reflects how much confirmation the network returns and does not indicate a failure.
3

Open the details panel

Select the row, or use its overflow menu and choose View Details. A panel opens showing the full message body, along with the type, status, recipient count and scheduled time.
4

For a campaign, review the recipients

A campaign’s details panel includes a Recipients section listing every recipient individually, with its own phone number search and status filter for working through a large campaign. Each row shows the recipient, status, whether it was delivered, the number of message parts, and the response returned by the mobile network.
A campaign marked Completed means every recipient was attempted, not that every message succeeded. Individual failures sit inside a completed campaign, and this panel is the only place they are visible.
The network response on each recipient row is the most useful field when diagnosing a single failed delivery, because it is the mobile network’s own explanation rather than Heullo’s interpretation of it.

Monitor a campaign in progress

A running campaign updates its own row without requiring a refresh, showing how many recipients have been processed against the total. Three controls are available while it runs:
None of these recall messages already handed to the mobile network, and credits for messages already sent are not returned. If a campaign is going out incorrectly, pause it immediately rather than deciding between pausing and cancelling — pausing is reversible and stops further charges.
See Campaigns for the full lifecycle.

Identify where a message originated

The channel column records how each message entered the platform, which is useful when reconciling traffic that was not sent from this screen.
If your recorded volume is higher than expected, filter by channel. Automated sources such as calendar reminders, keyword auto-replies and API integrations all contribute to the total.

Export records

Three exports are available: Selecting rows replaces the toolbar with an action bar offering the export, and a select-all checkbox is available in the header row. All exports respect the filters applied at the time, so filter first and export second.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the filters are not excluding it, particularly the status and channel filters. Messages sent through the API or by automated features appear here too, under their own channel.
Large campaigns are processed in batches, so brief pauses are expected. If the figure has not moved for an extended period, confirm the campaign is not paused and check the account credit balance.
The most common cause is the credit balance being exhausted mid-campaign. Check Billing and usage, arrange a top-up, then resume the campaign.
Expand the campaign to identify them. Recipient numbers entered manually are not validated before sending, so malformed numbers fail individually while valid ones succeed.
The part count recorded on the transaction in Billing and usage is the authoritative record of how a message was charged.
