Both are permanently disabled rather than conditionally disabled, so there is no state in which they become editable on this screen.

Notification preferences

Five independent toggles:
  • Email notifications
  • SMS delivery reports
  • Low balance alerts
  • Campaign summaries
  • Weekly reports
These are stored against your account and saved separately from the profile fields above.
These preferences record your intent. Whether a given notification is actually produced depends on deployment configuration such as whether outbound mail is configured. Setting a toggle here does not by itself guarantee delivery.
