An account is one login. Everything you create belongs to that login and is visible only to it.

There is no team or shared workspace

This is the single most important thing to understand before you set anything up, because it cannot be worked around later. There is no way to invite a colleague into your account, no shared inbox, and no pooled credits. Two logins are two entirely separate accounts.
Decide early which login your organisation will use. Contacts, keywords, sender IDs and credits cannot be transferred between accounts afterwards.
Where several colleagues require access, they share a single login.

Your email address

Your email identifies your account. It is shown on your Profile but cannot be edited there, because it comes from the sign-in system rather than from Heullo. To change it, contact Primetel support.

What an administrator controls

Some things are not yours to set. A Primetel administrator manages:

Sending volume

Your credit balance governs how much your account can send. To cap spend across a period, hold only the credits intended for that period. See Credits.

A brand-new account cannot send yet

Accounts start with a zero balance. Buy credits by card from the header indicator or from Settings → Billing & Usage, or ask your Primetel account manager to fund the account. See Billing and usage. You will, however, already have one sender ID: every account is given a pre-approved sender ID named HEULLO, so you do not have to wait for an approval before your first send.

Administrators

If your account is an administrator, an Admin section appears at the bottom of the sidebar. It is collapsed by default, so it takes one click to reveal the four admin screens. If you expect that section and cannot see it, your login has not been granted administrator access. That is granted in the sign-in system, not in Heullo’s own settings, so contact Primetel support rather than looking for a toggle.
