Dashboard is the screen the application opens on. It summarises recent activity across your account and is read-only, so it is a safe place to look around.

What each panel tells you

Controls

1

Set the period

The period selector applies to the summary tiles and the status breakdown.
2

Adjust the chart windows

Throughput and delivery rate each have their own independent window selector, so you can view a long period overall while zooming into recent minutes for throughput.
3

Refresh when you need current figures

Use the refresh control to fetch the latest data. Figures are retrieved when the screen loads rather than updating continuously.
To confirm a campaign you have just started is sending, watch Real-time throughput with a short window. For per-recipient results, use SMS Management instead.
Charts follow the light or dark theme, so switching theme redraws them.

Reading a delivery rate drop

A falling delivery rate usually has one of three causes, in order of likelihood:
  1. Invalid recipient numbers, most often from manually entered lists. Confirm in the campaign’s recipient detail.
  2. An exhausted credit balance part-way through a campaign. Check Billing and usage.
  3. A sender ID issue, if messages are failing across every campaign rather than within one.
