How am I charged?
Per SMS part. A part holds 160 Latin characters, or 140 Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic or Hebrew characters, so a 200-character Latin message is two parts.
Do I pay for a message the network rejects?
No. Credits are taken before a message is handed to the mobile network and returned if the network rejects it.
Can customers reply to my messages?
Yes, with a dedicated inbound number or a keyword on a shared number. Replies cannot be sent to a sender ID that is a name rather than a number.
How do I add credits?
